As seen on Curbed New York
Many a celebrity has lived in Soho’s 76 Crosby Street, but the highest-profile residents for some time have been Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, whose interest in the building was said to be waning when they began quietly marketing their penthouse in summer 2010. It never sold the hush-hush way, so now it’s time to get loud. A tipster points out the very fresh Adam Modlin listing for the penthouse, asking $24.5 million. Ripa and Consuelos did a two-year renovation of the property, for which they originally paid $9.5 million in 2005.
