I like the idea of thinking of your powder room as a jewelry box using bright colors, varying shapes, different patterns and lots of sparkle.
Although the powder room is usually one of the smallest rooms in the house, there is no need to wimp out in this area. I love seeing how designers bring dramatic elements together in powder bathrooms with bold wallpapers, custom vessel sinks such as this
custom copper sink, and great light fixtures. Adding an element or two of surprise in the room can really add a fresh pop to the room.
This holiday season when you have all your family and friends eating you out of house and home, think about mixing it up in the powder room and add some refreshing color and spunk.

I love how the designers here chose several different wall and floor finishes and it looks fabulous. A re-purposed antique sink, wall mounted faucets and ornate mirror-Super cool!
